This tour will take you to two rarely visited areas of Czech Republic which definitely deserve some attention.
It is a medieval town of Hradec Kralove, once a “dowry” city of Czech queens, which was turned into 18th century fortress and during the between the wars period called “First republic” – experienced an enormous upswing of top level architecture conducted by the most important Czech architects.
The tour the continues to a rival city of Pardubice, once an important medieval town with a picturesque main square and chateaux.
Itinerary:
We will start our tour with about 2 hour drive to Hradec Kralove, city located in the eastern parts of Czech Republic. We will explore the medieval as well as the modern part of the city. After lunch break we will continue to Pardubice – about half an hour drive away located town, where we will enjoy the medieval square and the visit of local chateaux.
